Strictly cash on delivery.
The Lessor will not be responsible to supply power to the motor/s nor extension leads.
No sharp objects, food or shoes are to be allowed on the equipment.
The equipment must not be used in or in direct contact with a swimming pool.
No children are allowed to play with, or near, the motor/s.
The motor/s must NOT be left in the rain.
Strictly no water allowed on castles (excluding water slide). Strictly no cleaning aids, except for those provided with the water slide, are to be used on equipment.
All damage or loss incurred to equipment while in possession of the Lessee will be payable by the Lessee unless mutually agreed to in writing by both parties prior to the use thereof.
No ADULTS are allowed on the equipment due to the weight differential. Only children 13 years and younger are allowed on the equipment.
No refunds given under any circumstances.
If an over night hire, the castle will be folded and stored.
The Lessor does not accept any responsibility for loss, damage or injury to any persons or property whatsoever.
The equipment should stand on a flat surface, preferably on grass and in the shade. If any other surface is used, the hirer must ensure that suitable covering is used on the surface under the equipment otherwise the hirer will be liable for costs due to excessive wear and tear to fun item/s.
Do not use the equipment in a garage or any place where any part of the item will come into contact with the ceiling timbers, tree branches or any such structure, which could result in excessive wear. Should hot spots arise, the hirer will be liable for the repair costs.
